TransferChain Desktop Application

Registration

You will be receiving two emails from TransferChain. These emails include an informative description of TransferChain, and a PIN Code to confirm your invitation. The first email contains a download link to TransferChain Beta v0.0.3, please download TransferChain before you head to the next steps.

Step 1 - Welcome Email

You may download TransferChain’s desktop application via the first incoming email. You should choose the appropriate version according to your operating system of your computer (Linux/Mac/Windows).

Step 2 - Verification Email

This email contains a 6-digit PIN number, which will confirm your email and your invitation to TransferChain.

Step 3 - Installation

Windows: After you finish downloading the setup file, please double click the setup file (.exe) to start the installation.

Mac: After you finish downloading the setup file, please double click the setup file (.dmg) to start the installation.

Step 4 - First Time Login

After completing the installation, you will be faced with a “Welcome Screen”. Since you already have a unique invitation, please proceed by pressing the "I already have a Login Code" option.

Step 5 - Entering your Login Code

You will be faced with a Login Code verification screen. Please refer to the second email that you have received, which includes your unique Login Code.

Step 6 - Confirmation

After entering the 6 digit PIN code correctly, you will be presented with a confirmation screen.

Step 7 - Creating Password

After your user email address is confirmed, you need to complete the registration process with a password that you will set for your account. Your password must be more than 8 characters, it must include a capital letter and a special character.

Step 8 - Storing Your Recovery Phrase

After setting your password, you will receive a unique Recovery Phrase (Mnemonic). Please carefully store your unique Recovery Phrase, which consists of 24 words. Only you have access to this unique Recovery Phrase, therefore if you lose it you won't be able to restore your data!

Step 9 - Login to your Account

After completing your registration process, you're now ready login! Please enter your credentials.
